The announcement of the theme reminded me the hours spent playing pinball and all the times I lost patience sent it on tilt when I was a child.

The idea of Tilt comes from this memory.

In this 2d platform the inputs change every few seconds and your character goes on tilt whenever you miss some inputs!

I'm personally a big fan of new games with original concepts and I don't think I've ever played a game before with the same type of concept! I quickly realized that patience is very important while playing this game. I also quickly realized that if this game were to be any longer and the levels would get progressively harder, it would be perfect rage-game material! I got to a certain point where I died a bunch of times and I could already feel my bloodpressure rising hahaha! All in all I think it's a great game! Well done!

Thanks!

Now I watch your video!

Thanks everyone for all your feedbacks, i didn't have time for reading you all and answer but i'll do it soon! Thank you again!

The jump is quite unresponsive sometimes, it is ok a bit fun to change between keys

Thanks!

I'll work on it!

(+2)

There seems to be a weird problem with ramps, enemies going down them go way too fast and you can get a jump boost when jumping off of them. Aside from that the fact that the random keymaps were intuitive sets this apart from the rest of the randomized control games but there is no indicator for when it happens so I died a lot while scrambling for the next keys

Thanks!

1) The problem with ramps is caused by a programming error;

2) There is another error in the script that generate the inputs map;

3) There is a sound effect every time inputs change, i'll add a graphic warning.

Nice idea, it is really fun, Super Good.

Thanks!

The gravity in this game is a strong as its originality lmao. Very fun to play though, and cool idea to further explore with some more intuition :D

Thanks!

I like how the keyboard is not too rng so it's playable

Thanks!

Interesting idea!

The idea of the possibility of the controls changing mid jump causing you to stop in mid air makes you reconsider what is safe. If I jump now, I could make it but only if my controls don't change. Since they might change, I better make sure that there are no enemies underneath just in case I fall down.

It can be a bit frustrating at times, but the game was well implemented and I managed it finish it.

Thanks!

Maybe a graphic warning, when inputs are about to change, can help the player!

I am too patient to feel the concept of the game, but still nice game)

Hahahah, i'm not ;) (thanks)

nice concept! controls are a bit wonk, especially the jump.

Thanks!

What don't you like about controls?

(+1)

Nice concept, it's interesting to see a physical barrier on a game (move a hand over many buttons to align with the correct input). Nicely done!

Thanks!

nice game

Thanks!

the idea for this game is pretty good. overall pretty fun

Thanks!

(+4)

Interesting idea, I wish messing up was a bit more exciting.

Thanks!

I'm not the best in level design hahaha ;)

(+3)

I really liked the bar that fills up if you keep pressing the wrong button until you lose control, a nice mechanic that fits the theme well!
It did become a bit frustrating at times because I didn't know when the controls were about to change, but beyond that a great game entry!

Thanks!

There is a sound effect every time inputs change, maybe i can add a graphic warning!

Pretty fun, good idea of randomising the controls

Thanks!

(+1)

Cool concept. I liked it :)

Thanks!

idk about these other comments, but i would've loved if the keys it changes to were randomly generated so you couldnt memorize patterns. good job!

Thanks!

I made a mistake in the script that generate the inputs map...

When the jam is over, i'll update the game!

(+2)

Very good. If you were to expand on the idea further, you should make it so that eventually the controls aren't in the arrow keys arrangement on the keyboard, and there aren't as many safe places to wait for it to change over.

Thanks!

I agree with you!

(+2)

Inserting concept.  But there was no way to tell when the controls would change so it was a bit unnecessarily frustrating at times.  Also the jump physics felt weird and sometimes my character wouldn't jump even when i was on the ground and pressing the button.

Thanks!

I didn't notice any problem with the jump mechanic, but jump physics can be improved!

(+2)(-1)

Interesting concept, it would be a lot less frustrating to play if you could see what the next control scheme is and when it would change.

(+1)

Thanks!

I don't like that player knows inputs before they changed, but i can add a graphic warning!

(+2)

Really good idea. I just wish there was a warning when the controls were about to change. Other than that, fantastic idea. I wish you luck :)

Thanks!

Good concept, but it turns out to be inconvient to play. In addition it needs background music.

Thanks!

There is a background music but i noticed too late that it's low compared to sfx...

What don't you like about the gameplay?
